Our Process

From our first conversation to the final gallery, we’re here to make your wedding photography experience seamless, stress-free, and filled with beautiful moments.

  1. Inquiry & Consultation

  • We’ll discuss your wedding plans, photography needs, and how we can bring your love story to life.

2. Engagement Session (Optional)

  • A fun, relaxed session that gets you comfortable in front of the camera while capturing beautiful pre-wedding moments.

3. Your Wedding Day

  • From emotional first looks to joyful celebrations, we’ll document every moment naturally and beautifully.

4. Editing & Delivery

  • Each photo is thoughtfully edited and delivered within 5-8 weeks. A “sneak peak” of select images is edited a delivered within one week.

5. Album & Prints (Optional)

  • Preserve your favourite moments in a custom-designed album or fine art prints (all hand bound and printed in Canada) to treasure for a lifetime.

  • We recommend booking as soon as possible, especially for peak wedding seasons. Most couples book 6–12 months in advance to secure their date.

  • Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before your wedding.

  • This depends on your wedding schedule! Feel free to schedule a consultation; we are happy to go over this with you.

  • All packages include one photographer. If you are having a large celebration and would like an additional photographer present, we are able to arrange one for you.

  • Of course! We make sure you feel natural and comfortable, mixing gentle direction with candid moments.

  • You will receive a “sneak peak” of select images within one week of your wedding date, with the full gallery provided within 5-8 weeks.

  • Yes! We offer beautifully crafted albums and prints. Albums are archival quality and hand bound in Canada. Prints are printed in Canada.

  • Absolutely! Engagement sessions are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.

  • Yes! We love celebrating all cultures and traditions. Let’s discuss how we can honour your unique wedding style.

  • Yes! We are based in Victoria, BC and are happy to travel for your big day. Please reach out for further details as additional travel fees may apply.
